I'm afraid no one can help you if you are opening OpenFAST issues for questions on QuickFIX/J. As it says at the top of the page:
DO NOT SUBMIT HELP REQUESTS TO JIRA. INSTEAD USE THE MAILING LIST TO ASK FOR HELP.

When am trying to send an email to [email protected], am getting rejected mail.

I was Subscibed to Quickfixj-users. But I didn't get any mail response for that.

I guess you'll have to subscribe to the list first. The list is used by other users as well so I think there is no general problem with the list. Otherwise the reason for the rejection should be in the mail that you receive, e.g. message to large or whatever.
